WARRANTY
Six months limited warranty from date of purchase for data cables and batteries,
unless stated otherwise.
Defective parts returned within six months
of purchase will be replaced (subject to verification from technical department
and stock availability).
Warranty is void if item has been misused,
improperly installed, modified, or physically damaged (broken
- so handle/operate with care).
Additional shipping and administration
charge will be required (minimum US$10 including any reverse charge we have to
pay to the post office/courier) to send out goods for a second time if the order
we have sent out has been returned undelivered for the following reasons: 1. Customer supplies incorrect information (name, address). 2.
Goods are refused entry by your country. 3. Your post office refuse
to accept/deliver.
No refund can be given for any reason.
Under
no circumstances Pc-Mobile will be liable for incidental or consequential damages
arising from the purchaser's use, or inability to use, of the product sold, and
the maximum liability of Pc-Mobile shall not exceed the amount paid by the purchaser
for the said product.
No
warranty for kit parts or Handsfree except DOA (dead on arrival)/and unused products.
Pc-Mobile reserves the right to amend the above terms at any time without
notice.
RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURES
Customer must notify us by email at saleinfo@pc-mobile.net
and obtain an RMA number. All defective cables returned to Pc-Mobile within warranty
period must be accompanied by the original receipt (or copy) and postage/administration
expense of USD10.00. (or equivalent currency in cash). The money will be returned
to customer by air mail together with a new or repaired cable if the returned
one is found to be defective.
If the returned
cable is found to be physically damaged (broken)
or has been tampered with, the cable will be returned
to customer unchecked. If the returned cable is found to be working normally,
the same cable will be returned to customer. In both cases the postage/administration
expense (USD10.00) will not be returned.
