the flasher cable and software can kill your phone if it is not used carefully/properly.
It can be very complicated for new user
so you are advised to study how to use it carefully before taking the plunge.
We do not provide software support (or tell
you how to use it) so we are unable to answer your questions should you run
into problem.
We will replace any faulty cable/adapters
(if you are sure) but we can assure you that they (cables and interfaces) are
thoroughly tested (read/write to phone) before they are shipped. The electronics
are much less complicated than data cable so it is very unlikely to develop
a fault once it has been tested working.
