All
credit card orders are processed by CCNow. Customers can be sure that all information
supplied are secured and will not be used for any other
purpose other than this sale transaction. MN customers

Please
note that credit card order (minimum order $11.50 excluding postage) can only
be sent to card holder at his/her registered address. We may not be able to process
credit card orders for card issued by some countries. In that case or if you do
not have a credit card, please see other methods of payment
including paypal MN

We can only accept online credit card orders (taken
by CCNOW) even for order placed by Hong Kong customers. We
send out orders by post only. There is no facility for pick up. Nor do we have
any outlets in Hong Kong.
When you place
an order with CCNOW, you normally receive email confirmation of the order from
CCNOW immediately. CCNOW will then process
the order (obtain credit card authorization etc.) which will take a few hours
to 1-2 days. CCNOW then send us the confirmed
order.
Once we have received the order
we will send the order out (same day if we receive the order before 12 noon, or
next day if we receive the order after 12 noon) by Local Courier or registered
Post depending on the location. And you should receive the order the next
day after we have sent. You should receive
email confirmation after we have sent it.
As
the package will need someone to sign for it, make sure you have someone at the
address to receive the order. Otherwise the post office may leave you a notice
to arrange for another delivery or collection.
Some
customers feel that since it is a local delivery, postage charge should be less.
This is not correct because: 1. We send
local orders by Local Courier Post or registered mail depending on the location,
which guarantee next day delivery, and it cost MORE than many packages we send
to Europe/America. We MUST send by Local Courier or registered post, there is
no other way. 2. For administration
reason, we have to charge the same postage fee for orders to anywhere in the world.
Do not ask us if any of the item is in stock (unless
you require large quantity) ! It will be very unusual if anything is out of stock
