From 1st June 2012, all orders are shipped from Hong
Kong via ORDINARY air mail post. No tracking
is available. Postage charge is at flat
rate of $4.00 for orders up to $80.00
We ship all orders within 2 business days and will
confirm by email once shipped. Please
check your paypal email box and possibly SPAM mails.
Speed of postal delivery depends on the postal service
and custom clearance/delay of your country. NORMAL arrival times (working days)
are as follow:
7-20
days - Asia, USA, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand 10-20
days - Most Western Europe 10-25 days
- Middle/Eatern Europe, Middle East, Italy, Portugal, Belgium. 10-30
days - Africa, South America.
No
tracking is available so there is nothing you or we can do except wait for it
to arrive. If you still have not received
the package after the above times (business days) please write to us and we will
resolve the matter promptly.
If
your order is over $80.00 please write to us. We may or may not be able to ship
via courier service at extra charge. We
would advice you to make separate orders (thus shipped separately) of less than
$80.00.
