All
credit card orders are processed by CCNow. Customers can be sure that all information
supplied are secured and will not be used for any other
purpose other than this sale transaction. MN customers

Please
note that credit card order (minimum order $11.50 excluding postage) can only
be sent to card holder at his/her registered address. We may not be able to process
credit card orders for card issued by some countries. In that case or if you do
not have a credit card, please see other methods of payment

Your order via CCNOW (credit
card or paypal payment)
If
you have made an online order and have not received any information of it having
been sent 2-3 days working after the order has been made. Check whether
you have entered a correct email address in your order and that you have no mail
blocking configuration which may prevent some mails reaching yourt account.
After you have placed a credit card order (through CCNOW), you should receive
automated reply immediately confirming your order.
(it still has to be processed) If you do not
receive an automated reply immediately, you may have supplied an incorrect email
address, or for some reason the reply cannot reach your address (e.g. many email
servers (your ISP) are configured to reject mails sent from certain TYPES of
ISP/mail servers) .If so please write to CCNOW immediately (support@ccnow.com).
It is very important that you supplied an email address that you check frequently.
It may take a few hours to 1-2 days for CCNOW to process an order (obtain
credit card authorization, verify customers address/phone numbers etc.). CCNOW
may require additional information from customers so you may hear from CCNOW again
before the order is processed.
After the order is processed successfully, CCNOW
then send us (Pc-Mobile) the order. We will then dispatch the order (from Hong
Kong) the same or next working day depending on the time we receive it. (some
UK addressed orders may be dispatched from UK if items are available there)
DO
NOTask any
question in the special instruction of the order. This will only delay the dispatch.
Ask any question before
you make an order.
Therefore, this
is what will happen after you have placed an order:
1.
You should receive an automated confirmation of your order. CCNOW
process the order, which may take a few hours to 1-2 days. CCNOW may require further
information from you for credit card authorization.
2.
After 1-3 working days, a. you should receive
email confirmation from us that your order has been dispatched, with tracking
detail.
Or, if we have questions, we will write
to you before we dispatch the order. e.g. b.
Your address may be unclear or incomplete (CCNOW do not usually check this).
c. Your special instruction may be unclear or we cannot
meet. d. We have doubt whether you have made
a correct order. (if we do not receive any reply
after another email and reasonable time (2-3 days), the order will inevitably
be canceled. So make sure you have supplied an email address that you check frequently)
Or, we write to you to cancel the order because:
1. The minimum credit card order is US$11.50 plus postage.
(CCNOW do not detect the minimum order amount) 2.
We will not send goods to a country where such goods cannot be used (e.g. many
phones are not useable in some countries, so accessories for such phones WILL
NOT be sent to countries where they cannot be used)
Your
credit card is charged only AFTER we have sent out the goods.
Please note: we have imposed a policy that no item
can be sent to a country where it cannot be used (mainly phone cables and accessories). If you have made such order, it will be canceled.
Please do not argue with us when that happens.
After
you have placed an order and received the order confirmation, do not write to
us enquiring the status. Because we WILL write to you after we have received the
order from CCNOW and dispatched the order. As we WILL ALWAYS dispatch the order
the same or next working day after we have received it. If you do not hear from
us after 2-3 working days (take into account holidays in between), the likely
reason is that we still have not received the PROCESSED order from CCNOW, so you
should write to CCNOW..Also Check whether
you have entered a correct email address in your order and that you have no mail
blocking configuration which may prevent some mails reaching yourt account..
